Dr. White has over 30 years of experience delivering psychiatric services, with a strong focus on children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. His deep connection to the Cherokee community fuels his passion for serving the Cherokee people and ensuring they receive the mental health support they deserve.
Dr. White’s areas of expertise include a holistic approach to mental health, combining traditional therapeutic methods with cultural sensitivity. His extensive experience allows him to tailor care to the unique needs of individuals and families, providing personalized treatment that fosters healing and well-being.
Before his current role, Dr. White served as the Executive Director for Detroit Health Care for the Homeless, Inc., and held leadership positions in various healthcare agencies, giving him a thorough understanding of the needs of underserved communities. This background has helped him develop a compassionate and effective approach to mental health care, particularly for those who may feel overlooked or marginalized.
